JMN manages Colchis Capital’s $175 Million Dollar Distressed RMBS Portfolio. The current portfolio strategy is concentrated in the purchase of senior securities that have higher fundamental value than market prices would suggest. Our mission is to take advantage of market anomalies, continued bank failures, and government relief programs via the purchase of whole loans and securities that have high risk-adjusted returns. Management believes that this opportunity will continue for the next 3-5 years affording investors an opportunity to earn significant returns. JMN has the analytical systems and market knowledge to determine the best investment choices. |

JMN has taken the loan level data and analytical capabilities of these systems and developed portfolio management, valuation and risk management reporting to support any type of residential mortgage investment fund. JMN’s proprietary prepayment and loss systems were developed using this same historical loan level data, early pool performance data, and home price appreciation databases. |
